Intermittent Fasting

Weight loss is as difficult as it is easy!

 

My favourite cardiologist on Twitter has been sharing the lovely food that he eats, the excellent work that he is doing saving lives, tips on coffee drinking and movie recommendations. Best of all he shares pictures of his slim and trim Bond like, Daniel Craig, pictures which is due to Intermittent Fasting. 

Ever since I read his tweet mentioning IF, I started my IF journey. Gave it up in a few days. But every day, I keep trying to get back on track. 

 

Typically, I have dinner by 7 pm and then after a 12 hour fast, I have breakfast at 7 pm or later. Ideally a 16 hour fast is recommended or is said to give you better results. 

If you do this for a month, you will have impressive results. Weight loss and inch loss is guaranteed.

Of course, in the 8-12 hours window that you eat, eat sensibly.
