Fruits -- Healthy or Unhealthy?

Have 5 fruits and vegetables they say. We eat 5 fruits and 5 vegetables! Sugar in fruit is natural and good. Is this true? There are many fruit myths. Here are my notes on fruits and health.

We should demonize sugar and even carbs. They lead to overweight, obesity and diabetes. Low carbs or having lesser carbs is the way to go to prevent obesity and diabetes.
