Here are the tips which the psychiatrist gave him. I think these tips are awesome and will benefit us all. (I have edited it a bit to make for easier reading and understanding.)
- Online or offline, everyone will have opinion on something you do. Whether you do it right or not, people will always give you their opinion on your work and view point.
- Keep your mindset ready for such opinions and keep a bubble around you. Do not get affected by random opinions.
- Drop your expectations, from everyone, no matter what.
- No matter what, your health should be first priority. If your health is good, you will be able to achieve success. Otherwise it will be a constant battle. Even a small back pain can waste your time. Make sure you are eating well and working out daily.
- Stop working from home. Go out, sit in cafe to work or take a co-working space. If you are working 24/7 in home, your brain is not able to differentiate between work and relaxation and this makes ur more tired. Try to Keep work and home/family always separate.
- Block or stop talking to anyone you don’t like.
Do you have any tips from you psychiatrist? Let me know. Let us share it here and make it available to a wider audience.
