Most of us lost weight due to the lockdown. Unlockdown and our masks went down and our mouths went wide open and guzzled tons of junk food! As per Guru's law -- what goes down has to come up! Specially, weight!
I have not made any special resolution for 2021. Every day is a good day to make a resolution. Every day is a good day to keep a resolution.
Eating healthy should become a part of your life style.

WINTER FOODS
We Indians have a tradition of eating special foods in Winter. We have a lot of festivals during Winter. Special sweets are made in keeping with the season. Sankranti and it is til gud kha aani goad goad bola! Eat til-gud laddoos and begin to talk sweetly!

Gud til ke ladoo and gud til ki roti ..
That's news to me. Til aur gud ki roti.
Maharashtrians celebrate Bhogi and make Bhogichi Bhaji. Not sure, but I think people also call it Maharashtrian Undhiyu. Not really an apt name, but you do get a broad idea.
Eat locally is a resolution that all of us should make.
Cook at home is another resolution that we must make and keep.
Twitter is a great place to get inspiration for food. People are sharing photographs and recipes. We come to know about new recipes, new foods. Nutritionists too are sharing photos and information.
Will try to blog them here so that everyone can have access to them.
